The Centro Canalejas Madrid project entails restoring whilst respecting the architectural and artistic value of a group of seven adjacent properties located between the streets of Alcalá, Sevilla, Plaza de Canalejas and Carrera de San Jerónimo, for residential, hotel and commercial use, transforming the centre of Madrid.

The project will also have a gourmet space with a selection of the best Spanish cuisine and an underground parking lot with a 400-place capacity.

Centro Canalejas Madrid will cover a surface area of 50,000 square metres, preserving the original façades of the current buildings and incorporating new interior construction elements.

In addition to the 200-room Four Seasons Hotel, the first of the chain in Spain, the complex will have a residential area with 22 upmarket apartments run by the same hotel chain, one of the most prestigious worldwide, as well as an exclusive shopping arcade offering the latest in European trends.
