Torrespacio

This complex has become the main business hub on the Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid.

Towering 230 metres high and covering a surface area of 56,250 square metres, Torrespacio, owned by the Grupo Emperador since 2015, has become one of the most emblematic and distinctive work spaces in Spain and across Europe.

Torrespacio is unique and remarkable, not simply for the construction of 57 storeys above ground, but primarily for its design, technology, safety and outstanding calibre of services, including a gym, beauty salon and hairdressers, restaurants and multi-purpose rooms, etc.

When planning the design of Torrespacio, architect Henry N. Cobb drew inspiration from the desire of Grupo Villar Mir to build not only an office block, but a building with an emblematic and dynamic presence, both at ground level and as part of the Madrid skyline.
